revid.me provides technology designed for lawful and responsible creative use. We maintain strict compliance standards and enforce a zero-tolerance approach toward unlawful, abusive, or high-risk activities.

By using the Services, you agree to comply with this Policy. Violations may result in suspension or permanent termination of your account.

1. Prohibited Illegal Activities

You may not use revid.me Services to:

  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations
  • Promote or facilitate criminal activity
  • Engage in fraud, scams, impersonation, or deception
  • Create misleading commercial or financial content
  • Produce unlawful political manipulation content

revid.me reserves the right to report illegal activity to relevant authorities where required by law.

2. Protection of Minors

revid.me enforces a strict zero-tolerance policy for any content involving minors in harmful or exploitative contexts.

You may not create, upload, generate, or distribute:

  • Child sexual abuse material (CSAM)
  • Sexualized depictions of individuals under 18
  • Nudity involving minors
  • Any exploitative or harmful content involving minors

Violations will result in immediate account termination and may be reported to appropriate authorities.

3. Non-Consensual Content & Identity Misuse

You may not use revid.me to:

  • Create non-consensual intimate or explicit content
  • Impersonate real individuals without proper authorization
  • Generate deceptive content intended to mislead
  • Fabricate realistic evidence using generated media
  • Produce political misinformation or election interference content

You are responsible for ensuring you have the necessary rights and permissions when generating content involving identifiable individuals.

4. Sexual and Exploitative Content

revid.me does not permit:

  • Sexually exploitative or abusive content
  • Content promoting coercion or sexual violence
  • Any unlawful adult content

We reserve the right to restrict or remove content that violates these standards.

5. Intellectual Property

You may not:

  • Infringe copyrights, trademarks, or other intellectual property rights
  • Generate unauthorized reproductions of protected works
  • Use copyrighted materials without proper authorization

You are solely responsible for ensuring lawful use of all input and generated content.

6. Harassment, Violence, and Hate

You may not generate or distribute content that:

  • Promotes violence or terrorism
  • Encourages hate speech or discrimination
  • Harasses, threatens, or defames individuals or groups

7. Circumvention and Misuse

You may not:

  • Attempt to bypass revid.me’s safety or moderation systems
  • Use techniques to evade detection or safeguards
  • Reverse engineer or interfere with the platform
  • Exploit vulnerabilities or abuse system limits
  • Misuse payment or subscription systems

Such actions may result in permanent suspension.

8. Moderation and Risk Monitoring

revid.me uses automated systems and internal processes to detect misuse and reduce risk.

These may include:

  • Reviewing text inputs and prompts
  • Scanning uploaded media
  • Evaluating generated outputs
  • Identifying suspicious usage patterns

We may limit or disable access based on risk assessments where necessary.

9. API and Developer Responsibilities

If you use revid.me APIs, you are responsible for:

  • Obtaining appropriate user consent
  • Providing clear privacy disclosures
  • Implementing reasonable content moderation
  • Ensuring compliance with applicable laws

revid.me provides infrastructure only and does not control third-party implementations.

10. Enforcement

revid.me may, at its sole discretion and without prior notice:

  • Refuse to process certain requests
  • Suspend or restrict access
  • Permanently terminate accounts
  • Limit payment functionality
  • Report unlawful activity where required
